Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

At Fresh Daycare, we offer our childcare management software as a monthly subscription service to daycare centers. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Cancellation
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Billing or Subscription section.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will continue to have access to the software and its features until the end of the paid service period.
  • After the service period ends, your account may be deactivated and access to the software will be restricted unless the subscription is renewed.
  • 2. No Refund Policy

    All subscription fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Partial month usage
  • Unused features
  • Downtime or technical issues beyond our control
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • By subscribing, you agree to our no-refund policy.
  • 3. Automatic Renewal

    Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for maintaining updated billing information and ensuring timely cancellation if you no longer wish to continue.
