Welcome to Fresh Daycare ("Fresh Daycare," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our childcare management software, services, and website located at freshdaycare.com (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization (e.g., a daycare center), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" or "your" will refer to the organization.

1. Use of Service

Fresh Daycare provides a software-as-a-service platform designed to help daycare centers manage attendance, enrollment, parent communication, billing, and more. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that the Service is available 99% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, etc.). While we make commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you input or upload to the platform. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
